Once I had started to read this enchanting tale I had to keep on reading. Pure fictional fantasy, it takes one on a deeply spiritual journey leading to enlightenment and self-mastery. The heroine moves from being 'a once together New Yorker' to someone who is 'totally lost'. The journey she makes to find self-mastery is touching but also joyfil, she encounters tests and miracles and is helped by Maya, the 'Godess of Illusion' who orchestrates the whole journey. A great read if you are on the journey of Soul Growth and are in need of a break from heavy fill-on philosophy - you will find you have learned a lor by the end of the book. It is also a great read for those not on the journey treating it as pure fictinal fantasy. Diane Morgan
